The York County SPCA helps over 3,000 strays and unwanted animals each year.  The new facility on Susquehanna Trail North is approximately 17,000 sf on a 5 acre site.  Evans Engineering provided services that included a site survey, traffic assessment, and land development.  A special exception was required for this property so EEI worked closely with Manchester Township throughout the land development process.
